Only thing is this time the wait was a little long because there was only 1 hygienist available for cleanings for some reason... but it was the same lady (Nimra) I had last time and she did a great job and was super sweet. I had the pleasure of being helped by Curtis at the front desk that made my check in very easy and Stephanie who went over my dental plan with thoroughness and made sure any questions I had were answered. This my first visit to Mint Denistry and lemme tell you! Amazing services. From walking in to waiting area. They are very attentive. I came in for my whitening tray! They offered iPad with beat headphones and water. Also, some of the technological procedures such as xrays was different then any other dentist I have been too. Everything is instant and digital. I recommend trying them at least once to see how you like them! They were awesome for me! I will be returning for me cleaning! More

I loved it! They have extremely comfy massage chairs. And they let you watch Netflix on the tv while they work on your tv. Free teeth whitening as well which is why I wanted to try this place out in the first place! I don’t regret it at all!! And the people who work here are the nicest people ever! More

Mint dentistry West Oaks has the best and most hard working team there is! I love visiting every time I come in, the first thing I am greeted with is a smile, apple tablet, beats headphones and my own personal mint shades!! I explained to them how nervous I was and if they could be gentle around my gums as they are a bit sensitive and some people can be rough. It was completely painless! And an overall good experience. I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the service and staff. I had a lot of dental work as a kid and have been so scared of the dentist ever since however, the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest front office representative Ashley. When I went to the back Brittnay really took care of me. Dr. Cartwright is amazing. She was very thorough in her explanation of the type of treatment I could receive with my congenital deformation in my mouth. I fought back tears the entire time because for over 20 years I've been embarrassed with my teeth. The dental hygienist was awesome and made my cleaning experience one of the best I've ever had. I have not been to the dentist in 2 years so I was a little wary getting back in for a cleaning. I was blown away by the service I received here! Above and beyond! The front staff was talkative and friendly. The assistant did a great job and made me feel comfortable at all times. Dr. C was friendly and professional. My hygienist, Kim, was great! My teeth are the cleanest they have ever been! All around extremely satisfied with my experience at Mint Dentistry West Oaks. I should have came in a long time ago! Highly recommend! More
